Contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and verify that your item is in its original, uninstalled condition.
Secure Packaging
Place the range hood and all included accessories back into the original factory packaging to prevent any structural or cosmetic damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the unit back to our distribution center, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the unit to confirm it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
